Moza Banco Ranked Among the Best Institutions to Work in Mozambique, for the 4th Time

For the fourth consecutive year, Moza Banco has been recognised as one of the best organisations to work for in Mozambique, placing in the top 10 of the 4th edition of the Elite Employer ranking, promoted by Tempus Global Group.

In total, Tempus Global recognised 36 companies that stood out as exemplary in the consumer, banking, energy and services sectors, highlighting their best practices in people management.

Moza Banco was distinguished for its commitment to creating a healthy, inclusive, and motivating work environment, in line with the five key pillars assessed: compensation and benefits, work environment, career progression, organisational culture, and work-life balance.

According to the Chairman of Moza Banco’s Executive Committee, Manuel Soares, "this recognition reinforces the Bank's position as an institution that invests in the well-being and development of its employees, contributing both to internal growth and to the country’s socio-economic progress."

Moza Banco has been consolidating its position as a benchmark in the Mozambican financial sector, not only due to its financial strength but also for its people-oriented organisational culture.

Moza’s recognition results from the 2024 National Survey on Benefits and Human Capital Management, the largest study of its kind in Mozambique, involving more than 250 organisations from the public, private, and international cooperation sectors.

For Moza, this distinction aligns with its strategy of collaboration and belonging, based on one of the Bank’s core values — “Winning Together” — through which the Bank seeks to grow organically, valuing its human capital and clients, who are the very reason for Moza’s existence.
