With our MT 940 Statement Account Sending Service, you can receive in real time, wherever you are, all the information about your banking transactions and balances; through SWIFT format electronic transmission (Interbank Financial Interchange Society).    Characteristics: Periodicity of receipt of statement of accounts defined by the customer; Choice of sending account statements with or without transactions; Facilitates and simplifies the reconciliation process of banking transactions and balances; Information sent and received in real time; Flexibility to join the Service. To provide a service with reinforced security mechanisms, Moza is implementing a set of improvements and new features in (Moza Net), its internet banking. Among these improvements is the implementation of an additional validation level – the SMS TOKEN. The SMS Token is a seven (7) number code that is sent to your Mobile number whenever you want to carry-out any transaction.  Then you enter the code in the system. This aims to ensure that the operation is being performed by the respective account’s holder. To carry-out any transactions in Internet Banking follow the steps below: Step 1: Access Internet Banking and enter your credentials; Step 2: Carry-out the desired transaction/operation; Step 3: After confirming the data, visit the page of transaction’s confirmation where you must enter your confirmation key and the Token sent to your Mobile number; Remember: To continue carrying out transaction in Internet banking, you must have your Mobile number up to date with the Bank. Should you have changed your Mobile number, go to the nearest branch and update your data.

You can now transfer money from your Moza account to the main national Digital Wallets (M-Pesa, MKesh and e-Mola) and vice-versa, from our Digital Channels, Moza Já (*247#), Moza Net (INTERNET BANKING), Moza Mobile and also conveniently, at any Moza branch. Besides this facility, designed especially for you, the transfer service to the Digital Wallets allows you to make transfers, on Moza Net, to up to 10 beneficiaries in a single operation. This is one more innovation aiming to make our services ever more accessible and adjusted to the expectations and needs of our esteemed customers.
